This Patek Philippe Lady Nautilus, reference 7118/1A-001, is a 35.2 mm steel sports watch from 2018 in very good condition. The blue dial with its horizontal embossing follows the design language Gerald Genta established for the Nautilus in 1976 — scaled and refined for a smaller wrist.

Patek Philippe introduced the 7118/1A in 2019 as the successor to the long-running 7011/1A, giving the Lady Nautilus a larger case and a reworked bracelet with polished centre links.
